LEWISTON – A list of charges published in the Sept. 7 City edition contained an unclear entry. Michael Keith Cloutier, 45, was charged with violating a protection order and violating conditions of release in connection with an incident at 129 South Ave. He was arrested at his residence at 36 Cottage St.
