LEWISTON – Harold Mullen, 30, of 54 Knox St., was arrested Tuesday for failure to pay a fine on a charge of a sex offender failing to register or update information. An item in Wednesday’s City edition in the police log on B2 should have noted the arrest was for failure to pay the fine on that charge.
