LEWISTON – A story in Friday’s Sun Journal about the sale of Drapeau’s Costume Shop created a misperception about the plans of former owner Venise Berube and her husband, Bob.

Although the sale frees the couple to travel more, they are not planning to move to Florida for several years. The Lisbon couple own a vacation home in Florida.

“That’s the long-term plan, but it is not for another four or five more years,” said Bob Berube, a broker/Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Mid Maine.

Berube, a Republican who has been the state representative for House District 104 since 2003, is seeking a third term. He expects to make a formal announcement soon.
