PARIS – A grand jury has indicted two people in the unrelated deaths of two 25-year-olds earlier this year.

Agostino Samson, 23, of River Road in Windham and formerly of Bethel, was indicted on a charge of murder. Samson is accused of the bludgeoning and stranguling to death 25-year-old Scott Libby, a Raymond landscaper. Libby’s body was found in his vehicle, which had been parked on the railroad tracks in Bethel and was struck by a train on the morning of Feb. 20.

Tiffany M. Hamlyn, 18, of Shepards River Road in Brownfield, was indicted on charges of manslaughter, aggravated criminal operating under the influence, and leaving the scene of an accident that claimed the life of 25-year-old Tiffany Hamilton in Fryeburg on March 26.

Police said Hamlyn told them she believed she had hit a pot hole.
