NORWAY – Police are seeking a 19-year-old suspect for questioning after an investigation into two Otisfield burglaries.

Lt. Chris Wainwright of the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office said police are looking for Travis Horan, who left a Main Street boarding house just before a search of the building Wednesday.

Chief Deputy Dane Tripp of the Sheriff’s Office said a television, laptops and other items were reported stolen from two Otisfield residences, one on Oak Hill and one on Bell Hill, on Wednesday afternoon.

Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office responded to Norway after the Norway Police Department received a call of a domestic assault at the boarding house and learned that Horan may have been involved in the burglaries.

Tripp said a digital camera that was stolen from Otisfield was recovered after Wainwright issued a search warrant for the property.

Wainwright said anyone with information on Horan or the burglaries should call the Sheriff’s Office at 1-800-733-1241.
