On Wednesday, Oct. 30, the six students of Eastgate Christian Academy’s French II class presented a skit. Speaking only in French, dressing up in authentic costume, and playing the beautiful cafe music made the ambiance more complete.
This was a twenty-minute comedy found on the busy streets of Paris at breakfast time. Everyone is in a rush and wants their food. They all get annoyed when Monsieur Cauvin’s imaginary friend is slowing the process down.
The whole ordeal was a great success and full of fun and laughter. Much thanks to our teacher, Mrs. Callie Bartholomae. Merci beaucoup, Madame! Très bien!
