• Joel Linwood Brown, 49, Fryeburg, domestic assault, obstructing report of a crime, Feb. 19, Fryeburg police, $250 cash bail.

• Jack Spencer Tracy, 24, Portland, failure to appear for obstructing public way, Feb. 19, Norway police, $250 cash bail.

• Benjamin J. Blasi, 20, Laconia, N.H., warrant for disorderly conduct, Maine State Police, Feb. 19, $500 cash bail.

• Adam L. Sanborn, 23, Oxford, operating after suspension, Feb. 19, Paris police, $100 cash bail.

• Bryce Donald Ray, 18, South Portland, failure to appear for failure to complete community service, failure to appear for transportation of drugs by minor, Feb. 19, Paris police, conditional release.

• Mara T. Best, 48, Bethel, operating under the influence, Feb. 19, Bethel police, $500 unsecured bail and sober upon release.
