BETHEL – A consultant presented preliminary plans Wednesday to the Planning Board for a new, eight-lot subdivision off Chandler Hill Road.
The Hide-A-Way Hills subdivision is being represented by Main-Land Development Consultants on behalf of Charles and Charlene Romans, who own the 54-acre site.
Planning Assistant Sarah Tucker said the board found the application incomplete, but scheduled a project site walk for 2 p.m. Dec. 8, and a public hearing for 6:45 p.m. Dec. 15.
“There was one abutter present for Hide-A-Way Hills, but they didn’t speak,” Tucker said.
No abutters appeared to discuss applications for the Mountain Brook Estates subdivision proposed for Chandler Hill Road, or the Paradise Pines subdivision proposed for Paradise Road, she said.
The Planning Board approved a preliminary plan for the Paradise Pines subdivision, Tucker said.
The board also approved a plan to expand and move True North Adventureware from its Main Street location to a site on Route 26.
