• Leon Lowell, 32, Rumford, Portland District Court warrant charging failure to appear on charge of operating after suspension, turned himself in at the police station at 8:35 a.m. June 9 on River Street. He was released on $1,000 cash bail. An arraignment date in Portland District Court has yet to be set.
