MEXICO – The following incidents were handled by the Mexico Police Department.

Vandalism

The front window of Franklin Savings Bank on Main Street was damaged by shots from a pellet gun. It was discovered at 10:27 p.m. Feb. 15. About $1,000 damage was sustained.

Theft

Someone stole a temporary registration plate from a vehicle parked in the Wal-Mart lot on Feb. 12. The theft was reported at 4:35 p.m.
