RUMFORD – The following arrests have been booked by police. Unless otherwise stated, the following will be arraigned on April 9 in Rumford District Court:

• Donna Hartzog, 46, Rumford, operating under the influence, 2:06 p.m. Feb. 2 on Isthmus Road. She was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Ashley Jackson, 21, Rumford, domestic assault, 12:22 p.m. Feb. 1 on Prospect Avenue. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on April 7 in Rumford District Court.

• Gerald Fontaine, 55, Rumford, operating under the influence, 10:15 p.m. Jan. 30 on Prospect Avenue. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

Accidents

• Feb. 1, 5:44 p.m. – While traveling west on Route 2 up Falls Hill and passing a vehicle, a 2003 Chevy Tracker driven by Amy Burgess, 33, of Mexico, spun into the path of a 2003 Dodge Intrepid operated by William Cameron, 45, of Brunswick after Burgess lost control on a patch of snow. Neither was injured. Damage to the front end of the Dodge was estimated at $4,000; to the rear of the Chevy, $2,000.
