Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned Oct. 7 in Rumford District Court:

• Brandon Windover, 34, Rumford, possession of a mutilated ID card, 11:30 p.m. Aug. 28 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $100 cash bail.

• Aaron Brasuell, 31, Rumford, operating after suspension, 10:15 p.m. Aug. 26 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $200 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Nov. 4 in Rumford District Court.

• Joel Richard, 20, Dixfield, domestic assault, 8:30 p.m. Aug. 26 on Crescent Avenue. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
