RUMFORD – Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned Jan. 8 in Rumford District Court:

• Lacey Richard, 21, Mexico, violating conditions of release, failure to report a crash by the quickest means possible, failure to notify a property damage crash, and leaving the scene of a property damage crash, 1:05 a.m. Nov. 7 on Smithville Road. She was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on either Jan. 8 or Feb. 5 in Rumford District Court.

• Alice M. Lorenzotti, 38, West Bethel, shoplifting theft, 12:30 p.m. Nov. 6 on Route 2. She was released on $100 cash bail.

• Jesse R. Farrington, 23, Andover, warrant charging violation of bail on multiple charges, 9:30 a.m. Nov. 6 in Rumford District Court. He was released on $500 cash bail. An arraignment date hasn’t been set.

• Corey Buffett, 23, Mexico, operating after suspension, 4:25 p.m. Nov. 4 on Hancock Street. He was released on $200 cash bail and will be arraigned Feb. 5 in Rumford District Court.

Accident

• Nov. 5, 7:12 p.m. – A 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Samuel Nevers, 23, of Newry, collided with the rear end of a 1998 Ford Explorer waiting to turn left off Route 2 into McDonald’s restaurant. The driver of the Ford, Jason Littlehale, 35, of Andover, wasn’t injured, but Nevers suffered minor injuries and was taken by Med-Care Ambulance to Rumford Hospital. Damage to the Ford was estimated at $1,200; to the totaled Chevy, $12,000.
