MEXICO – A two-vehicle collision Tuesday afternoon resulted in two demolished cars but no injuries.

A 1997 Dodge pickup truck driven by Lawrence W. True, 63, of Collins Way, Dixfield, pulled out from the Big Apple on River Road at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday He apparently drove into the path of a 1994 four-door Oldsmobile driven by Maxwell C. DeMilner, 20, of Green Woods Road, Peru, police said.

Med-Care Ambulance was dispatched to the scene. Both drivers were checked out and okayed.

True’s vehicle sustained $4,000 damage; DeMilner’s vehicle sustained $6,000 damage.

Arrests

• Matthew Storer, 33, of Main Street, Mexico, domestic assault, at 11:22 a.m., Sept. 12, on Katie Lane. He was released from the Mexico Police Department on $500 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Nov. 7.

• John Daudelin III, 40, of Porter Bridge Road, Mexico, on charges of violating conditions of release and refusal to sign a summons, 1:10 a.m. Sept. 23 on Main Street. He was also summoned for operating under the influence. He was released from the Mexico Police Department on $1,000 unsecured bail.
