Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Sept. 5 in Rumford District Court:

• A 17-year-old Rumford boy, operating without a license and illegal attachment of plates, 2:28 a.m. July 11. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Corey R. Emerson, 23, Bethel, operating under the influence, second offense, and operating beyond license restrictions, 1:25 a.m. July 9 on Falmouth Street. He was transported to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Michael Ciliberti, 58, Rumford, violation of conditions of release, 2:50 p.m. July 8 on Penobscot Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• David J. Ryerson, 26, Mexico, disorderly conduct, 12:38 a.m. on Canal Street. He was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Michael Ciliberti, 58, Rumford, operating under the influence, 4:25 p.m. July 7 on River Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Heather May Billings, 19, Rumford, domestic assault, 1:45 p.m. July 6 on Rumford Avenue. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• John P. Bernard, 41, Rumford, disorderly conduct, 11:35 p.m. July 3 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Timothy A. Frisk, Wisconsin, 24, operating after suspension, 5:15 p.m. July 5. He was released on $100 cash bail.
