RUMFORD – Joseph Roberts, president of Moontide Water Festival, announced that the first practice for the Patriotic Medley, which will be sung on Monday, July 4, before the fireworks, will be held at 7 p.m. today at Roberts Chiropractic Wellness Care, 43 Exchange St.
