All of the following are to be arraigned April 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Peter G. Grasruck, 38, of Rumford, on warrants for failure to pay fines on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension, 10:20 a.m. Feb. 7 on Prospect Avenue. He was released on $665 cash bail.

• Judith A. Hansen, 49, of Saco, on a charge of theft for allegedly shoplifting a $12 baby thermometer from Rite Aid, 9:30 a.m. Feb. 4 on Portland Street. She failed to post $600 cash bail and was taken to Oxford County jail in Paris.

• Erik S. Perry, 33, of Dixfield, on a charge of domestic assault, 6:55 a.m. Feb. 4 on Forest Avenue. He was released on $500 cash bail.

• Russell Dupree, 41, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to pay fines and two charges of assault on a police officer, 9:35 p.m. Feb. 1. He was taken to Oxford County jail.

Summonses

All of the following are to be arraigned March 1 in Rumford District Court.

• A 14-year-old Rumford boy, on a charge of criminal mischief, on Jan. 21 at Mountain Valley High School on Hancock Street.

• Scott Seavey, 42, of Portland, on a charge of operating without a license, 12:30 a.m. Jan. 21 on Canal Street.
