WILTON – Planners will consider two new applications when they meet tonight.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the town office. Both applications are for auto sales businesses.

Donald Dionne is proposing to add an auto sales business to his cleaning business on Route 2. Dionne owns Double D.

Maniac Offroad is also asking for permission to operate an auto sales business on Route 2.

Under old business, planners will continue to discuss conflicts and proposed changes in the town’s subdivision ordinance. They will also continue their discussion of discontinued road and subdivision road requirements, as well as the waiver of road requirements for a minor subdivision.

Last month, Joseph and Grace Balbonie told planners they wanted to give a piece of their property on Bubier Road to their son. They came before the board for an informal application for a minor subdivision.
