• Robert Bernier, 38, New Vineyard, charged with violation of conditions of release, Aug. 10, ordered to pay restitution.

• Thomas Cook, 26, Chesterville, charged with operating under the influence, driving to endanger, driving without a license, Aug. 10, $500 bail.

• Aaron Abrams, 27, Windham, charged with operating under the influence, Aug. 11, $3,000 unsecured bail.

• Robert Hallman, 37, New Sharon, charged with violating condition of release and terrorism, Aug. 11.

• Yvon Couillard, 34, Jay, charged with operating under the influence, Aug. 12, $3,000 unsecured bail.

• Joshua Osborne, 25, Farmington, charged with illegal attachment of plates, Aug. 11, ordered to pay restitution.

• Mark Collins, 46, Wilton, charged with terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, Aug. 13.
