MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – A 40-year-old New Hampshire man faces charges he lured a 24-year-old woman into a vacant apartment and raped her when she refused his sexual advances.
Police charged James Gathright of Nashua with aggravated felonious sexual assault. He also faces charges of sexual assault and criminal restraint from an unrelated incident.
Gathright is scheduled to be arraigned today. His bail was set at $50,000.
