ROCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – A 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with setting fire to his own house.

Steven Lemay, of Rochester, was jailed Thursday on a felony charge of arson, which carries a maximum sentence of seven years.

Police believe Lemay is responsible for a suspicious fire set Wednesday at his home on Blackwater Road.

The fire cause extensive damage, but no one was injured.
