Raymond Giguere, left, and Jay Faulkner of Timberline Construction in Boston assemble the base of a cell phone tower before hoisting it atop the Five County building in downtown Lewiston on Wednesday. The tower was erected by T-Mobile, one of three cell companies that lease space on top of the building, said Jim Day, a member of the building’s condominium association. The project caused a portion of Park Street to be closed for most of the day. A crane lifted the tower base from Park Street, where it was assembled, to the roof of the six-story structure.
