Esperanza Echeveria of Lewiston arranges her gladiolas and sunflowers on her Farmers’ Market table at Kennedy Park on Tuesday. Echeveria, a native of Guatemala, grew up on a farm and is thrilled that she has been able to continue her agricultural pursuits in Maine, where she has lived for 20 years. She farms a half-acre plot in Lisbon where she grows more than a dozen crops, including flowers.
