• Derek Shane Palange, 32, of 29 Birchwood Drive, Sabattus, on a charge of indecent conduct, 11:58 p.m. Monday at 440 Sabattus St.

• Paul Joseph Brunelle, 21, of 47 James St. on a charge of operating under the influence, 3:02 a.m. Tuesday on Kittyhawk Avenue.

Accidents

Lewiston

• Vehicles driven by Lori L. McRae, 39, of Lewiston and Zachary D. Hall, 20, of Greene collided, 7:45 a.m. Monday on East Avenue. Damage to McRae’s 2000 Ford pickup truck was estimated at $1,000; to the 1992 Chevrolet driven by Hall and owned by Ronald A. Major of Lewiston, $2,500.

• Cars driven by Daniel J. Lachapelle, 29, of Lewiston and Andrew Hall, 19, of Lewiston collided, 7:50 a.m. Monday on Russell Street. Damage to the 2003 Volkswagen station wagon driven by Lachapelle and owned by Heidi S. Lachapelle of Lewiston was estimated at $3,500; to Hall’s 2001 Volkswagen, $3,500. Both cars were towed.
