Accidents
Lewiston

• A vehicle driven by Sarah Pacheco, 24, of 79 Strawberry Ave. was headed south on Bates Street and struck parked cars owned by Craig O. Saddlemire, 24, and Brian N. Banton, 30, both of 27 Spruce St., at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday. Damage to Saddlemire’s 2005 Volkswagen was estimated at $4,000; to Banton’s 1993 Toyota, $2,000 and to Pacheco’s 1999 Ford, $4,000.

• Vehicles driven by David R. Ames Jr., 30, of Mechanic Falls, and Maurice E. Mathieu, 62, of Lewiston, collided at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday on Sabattus Street. Damage to the 1996 International, driven by Ames and owned by Downeast Food, of Auburn, was estimated at $1,500; to Mathieu’s 1998 Pontiac, also $1,500.
