FARMINGTON – You are invited to participate in KiteFest, an official Kites Over New England event, as part of the On Our Minds: Understanding Afghanistan programs surrounding the reading of “The Kite Runner.” Members of N’oreasters and Kites Over New England will be here to fly kites.
