A head-on collision at the corner of Rideout Avenue and Sabattus Street in Lewiston had traffic backed up in both directions along Route 126 in Lewiston on Monday afternoon. Involved in the crash were Paul Lemay of 23 Smith St., Lewiston, and Peter Phillips of 150 Pine St., Lewiston. Lemay was driving a 1999 Ford Explorer and Phillips a 1994 Chrysler. Neither of the drivers was seriously hurt in the accident.
