• A vehicle driven by Jessica Theberge, 25, of Westbrook collided with a dump truck at 5:15 a.m. Friday on Mount Auburn Avenue. Damage to Theberge’s 1996 Volkswagen, $2,000; to the dump truck, which drove off without stopping, unknown.
