LEWISTON — The December Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, at Lost Valley Ski and Banquet Resort in Auburn.

Hosted by Lost Valley owners Connie King and Linc Hayes, the event will offer a live snow-making demonstration by Mountain Manager David Whitcomb. Tad Bettcher, snow sports director, will share ski and snowboard regulation information. It will also feature corporate race program information; banquets and event ideas and hints by Connie King; and Ski Patrol information, all punctuated by culinary delights from Chef Steve.

This is also an opportunity for attendees to bring a new unwrapped toy or clothing to donate to the chamber Gifts for Kids to benefit the families of Androscoggin Head Start and Child Care, Advocates for Children and Tri-County Mental Health Services.

Business After Hours is held once a month at a chamber member’s business. Food and prizes are available.
