LEWISTON – The city on Thursday enacted a parking ban for all streets. The ban started at 7 p.m. Thursday and will be in effect until 7 a.m. Friday. Vehicles parked in violation of the ban will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense, Lewiston Police Lt. Michael McGonagle said.
