The dinner will be held at the Ramada in Lewiston.

LEWISTON – U.S. Sen. Olympia Snowe will be the guest speaker when Androscoggin County Republicans hold their annual Lincoln Day Dinner and Auction Friday night at the Ramada Inn.

Snowe, in her second six-year term, will be joined by Brian Hamel, candidate for the Second District congressional seat and president and chief executive officer of the Loring Development Authority in Limestone.

The public is invited to the dinner. For reservations, contact Rosemarie Butler at 782-6373 by Thursday night. Cost is $30. Social hour is 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Dinner is 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., followed by the program and speaker.

Proceeds from the auction benefit Androscoggin County Republicans.
