Accidents
Lewiston

• Vehicles driven by Ashley A. Scott, 17, and Mary Sue Crockett, 30, both of Lewiston, collided at 7:10 a.m. Thursday at Campus and Central avenues. Damage to the 2001 Honda, driven by Scott and owned by Elwin R. Scott, was estimated at $4,000; to Crockett’s 1993 Ford, $3,000.

Auburn

• Vehicles driven by Kurt Fuller, 27, of Auburn, and Tammy L. Keene, 30, of Gardiner, collided at 12:16 p.m. Monday at Route 4 and West Bates Street. Damage to Fuller’s 2001 Mazda and to Keene’s 2000 Dodge was estimated at $2,000 each.

• A vehicle driven by Lucien H. Clavet, 36, of Monmouth, burst into flames while Clavet was driving at 10:06 a.m. Monday on Washington Street. Clavet was able to park the vehicle at the side of the road and get out as it burst into flames. Damage to the 1997 Chevrolet was estimated at $10,000.

• A vehicle driven by Janice P. Bryant, 32, of Oxford, struck a parked vehicle owned by Blanche Banks, 84, of Auburn, at 8 a.m. Monday in the lot at Hannaford on Spring Street. Damage to Bryant’s 1995 Ford was estimated at $100; to Banks’ 1998 Buick, $2,500.
