WEST BATH — A Bowdoinham man accused of threatening to “shoot up” Central Maine Community College appeared in court Tuesday, but did not enter a plea.
Deputies from the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office said Darren Lilly, 23, told two witnesses last month he planned gunfire for the Auburn campus.
Investigators said that when they arrested Lilly, he was in possession of several firearms, including a semi-automatic gun hidden in an instrument case.
Lilly has been charged with terrorizing.
