COBURN — Barbara A., 77, of Orange, Mass., passed away Tuesday, Sept. 18. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Open Door Bible Baptist Church, Lisbon, with a calling hour at 10 a.m.

D’AMOUR — Rita, 91, of Sabattus passed away Saturday, Sept. 1. A committal service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at St. Peter Mausoleum Chapel, Switzerland Road, Lewiston.

GAGNON — Cecile Therese, passed away Friday, Sept. 7, in Spotsylvania, Va. A celebration of Cecile’s life will be held Saturday, Sept. 29, at The Fortin Group/Auburn. Visiting hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m., followed by a prayer service at 4 p.m. Burial will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery.

MOODY — Horace T. Jr., 94, of Turner passed away Saturday, Sept. 22. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at The Fortin Group Funeral Home in Auburn. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at the High Street Congregational Church in Auburn with the Rev. Stephen Carnahan officiating. Interment will follow at the Turner Village Cemetery.

PARENT — Jackie (Gaudet, Arsenault), 81, of Rumford passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, in Haverhill, Mass. Visiting hours will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at Parish of the Holy Savior. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery in October.

PASTORE — Patricia A. (Moran), 52, of Lewiston died Saturday, Sept. 22. A funeral Mass will be held at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 E. Kemper Road, Cincinnati, Ohio, at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 5. Interment will follow at St. Aloysius Cemetery, Cincinnati.

ROSE — Edna Tyler, 82, a resident of Wilton and formerly of Livermore, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 18. A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at Finley Funeral Home, 15 Church St., Livermore Falls. Visiting hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home prior to the service. Interment will be at Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery at a later date.

GILLON — Vesta, 80, died Wednesday, Aug. 29. There will be a celebration of her life service from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, at Laurel Manor (on 466), The Villages, Fla., for close friends and family.

SCHENK — Leon S., 66, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 11. A celebration of life will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at the American Legion Post 202, 79 Foreside Road, Topsham.
