Joanne Dupuis engages toddlers with finger play during the Lap Sit program at the Auburn Public Library on Monday. Dupuis uses stories, songs, rhythm instruments and finger plays in her teaching. The newest library program is designed for children 24- to 36-months-old and their parents. Lap Sit sessions are scheduled for Mondays on Feb. 1, 8 and 22 from 10:30 to 10:50 a.m.
