RUMFORD – Two local youths represented Rumford Lodge of Elks No. 862 at the State Soccer Shoot in Augusta. Katie Collette and Caleb Gauvin participated in the 12-and-13 age division. Gauvin advanced to the Regional Soccer Shootout in Burlington, Vt., competing against his peers from throughout New England and New York. Each participant received a maroon wind suit, a t-shirt and a plaque.
