Ted Welch, 29, Wilton, domestic terrorizing, violation condition of release, Feb. 9, no bail listed, Wilton Police Department.

Steven Hale, 44, Jay, failure to pay fine/fee, Feb. 10, $55 cash, court appearance March 30, Jay Police Department.
