Charges

Feb. 21 at 4:25 a.m.: Bobby Trotter, 51, of Rumford was arrested on Plymouth Avenue by Sgt. F. David Bean on a charge of domestic assault. Trotter was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on April 6.

Feb. 21 at 7:42 p.m.: Jennifer Norris, 37, of Rumford was issued a summons by Sgt. F. David Bean on a charge of furnishing a place for a minor to consume alcohol on South Rumford Road. Norris is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on April 6.

Feb. 21 at 8:30 p.m.: Chelsea Santos, 20, of Bourne, Mass., was issued a summons by Sgt. Tracey Higley on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia on South Rumford Road. Santos is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on April 6.

Theft

Feb. 21 at 8:38 a.m: Cumberland Street resident reported theft of a debit card. The case is under investigation.

Wanted

Shane Hatfield, 20, of Rumford is wanted on a Bangor District Court warrant for failure to appear for an assault. The warrant was issued Feb. 1.
