AUBURN — The Fontaine Family — The Real Estate Leader, located in the Harvard Mall, 336 Center St., will host an informational workshop designed for first and repeat home buyers from 6:30 to 8 p.m. March 18.

The workshop is free and open to the public. Home buyers should take notice that Fontaine will hold these informational workshops the third Thursday of every month.

The evening’s program will feature Brenda Fontaine, president of The Fontaine Family – The Real Estate Leader, and Debbie Bodwell, vice president of Residential Mortgage Services Inc. in Auburn. Topics for discussion will include how to secure a down payment, how to take advantage of government assistance in buying a home and how to obtain the most up-to-date real estate information so your dream home won’t pass you by.

The workshop will also provide a question and answer period for participants. Attendees are encouraged to bring their questions and concerns with regard to buying a home.
