LEWISTON — Funeral services were held Wednesday for Ned J. Beaulieu at the Dostie Funeral Home. The Rev. Nathan March officiated the service and Sister Monique Belanger sang the hymns. The Rev. March also recited graveside committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. After the committal prayers, “taps” was played and members of the Maine National Guard folded and presented the U.S. Flag to Ned’s wife Carmen. Family and friends continued the celebration of Ned’s life with a luncheon at DaVinci’s Restaurant. Pallbearers were David Beaulieu, Jacob Beaulieu, Belami Beaulieu, Jon R. Beaulieu, James J. Beaulieu, John J. Beaulieu and Jason Faucher.
