Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Oct. 5 in Rumford District Court:

* Debra Bedard, 37, Mexico, warrant charging negotiating a worthless instrument, 12:46 a.m. Aug. 27 on Rumford Avenue. She was released on $100 cash bail.

* James F. Eaton III, 59, Mexico, domestic assault, 11:28 a.m. Aug. 24 on Harlow Hill Road in Mexico. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

* Kevin Granja, 20, Middlebury, Conn., criminal speed, 9:55 p.m. Aug. 13 on Route 2. He was released on $500 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Nov. 2 in Rumford District Court.
