FARMINGTON — Staff at the Franklin County Animal Shelter said Gracie is a sweet, affectionate Labrador retriever mix who was brought to the shelter as a stray.

She is approximately 3-years-old has some manners, but would also need little training. Gracie likes to pick and choose her canine friends, they said, but is submissive to felines. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines.

New dogs at the shelter include a beagle from Starks, a rottweiler cross from New Sharon, a lab/hound/collie mix from New Sharon and a black lab from East Wilton. For more information, stop by at 550 Industry Road or call 778-2638.
