OQUOSSOC — The Rangeley Lakes Snowmobile Club will host a Maine Snowmobile Association Western Region meeting at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 24, at Bald Mountain Camps Resort.

The meeting is designed to be informational and is open to Maine Snowmobile Association snowmobile club members and to the public in Western Maine. Anyone interested in the snowmobile economy and those who would like to learn more about how snowmobiling is managed by the state and by the Maine Snowmobile Association should attend.

Hors d’oeuvres will be served. Staff from the Department of Conservation’s Bureau of Trails and officers from MSA will attend, give brief overviews of what is new concerning snowmobiling and answer questions.

Call Bald Mountain Camps no later than Wednesday, Oct. 20, at 864-3671 to attend. Seating is limited.
