Katie Charpentier

and Randen Baker

MONMOUTH — William and Sheryl Moore of Monmouth, Charles and Diane Charpentier of Rochester, N.H., and Richard and Marshalyn Baker of Belgrade are announcing the engagement of their children, Katie Charpentier and Randen Baker.

Miss Charpentier is a 2001 graduate of Monmouth Academy and a 2005 graduate of the University of Maine, Orono. She has a bachelor’s degree in child development/family relations.

Mr. Baker is a 2003 graduate of Messalonskee High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Maine, Orono. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
