We apologize that today’s paper may seem oddly organized, a bit less colorful and missing some important local and national sports stories. It may even be late arriving.

Because of a blown computer board in our press electronics, we changed the regular design of the paper and advanced deadlines by an hour and a half.

Our press could only run at half speed, meaning it took twice as long to print the paper. As a result, we started early in hopes of delivering your paper as close as possible to the customary time.

The part for the press should arrive Thursday and we hope everything will be back to normal for Friday morning’s paper.
