* Victoria L. Goulet, 19, of Bethel, Jan. 6, operating after suspension, released on personal recognizance, Maine State Police.

* Dave V. Haley, 47, of Norway, Jan. 6, possession of scheduled drugs, operating after suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, $500 unsecured bond, Maine State Police.

* Nickola J. Emery, 37, of Harrison, Jan. 6, failure to pay fines and failure to appear, $1,210 cash bail, Maine State Police.
