The Maranacook peewee travel hockey team dropped a pair of close contests, 6-4 to CMYHA Gold and 2-1 to Gardiner.

Joey Baumann, Zach Davidson, Zack Godbout and Brandon Coulombe each scored a goal for the Maranacook in the first game on home ice at Kents Hill. Dameron Rodrigue lit the lamp four times for Gold. Glen Tibbetts and Samuel Haver each added a goal.

Godbout, Baumann, Odin Jubinville and Nick Cerullo provided assists for Maranacook. Haver, Ben Frost and Jacob Bernatchez notched Gold’s helpers. Jason St. Pierre was Maranacook’s goalie.

Kyle Coombs scored both goals in the Gardiner victory, each assisted by Brandon Baxter. Matt Welch got the Maranacook goal courtesy of St. Pierre. Jack Vickerson tended the Maranacook net.
