WILTON — Several fire departments were fighting a blaze at a house on Cross Street in East Wilton on Wednesday night, a Franklin County Sheriff Department dispatcher said.
The street is located off Temple Road, behind the East Wilton Post Office.
Firefighters from seven towns, including Wilton, Jay, East Dixfield and Farmington, responded to the fire reported at 8:08 p.m.
No further information was available Wednesday night.
