* William Robert Merrill, 22, of 282 Main St., theft by receiving stolen property, 3:59 p.m. Sunday on Main Street.

* Almon Tracy Stevens, 25, of 109 Blake St. No. 3rd F, on a probation hold, 9:17 p.m. Sunday on Walnut Street.

* Earle Manley Rowe, 68, of 14 Pond Road, Mount Vernon, operating under the influence, 11:13 p.m. Sunday on East Avenue. 

* Deborah York, 38, of 8 Hillside Lane No. 1, warrant, 12:42 p.m. Monday on Park Street.

Androscoggin County

* Laurent Nadeau, 55, of 139 Sandy Bottom Road, Turner, domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release, 8 p.m. Sunday at that address, by Maine State Police.

Accidents

Lewiston

* A vehicle driven by Stacia M. Turner, 30, of Lewiston, was struck by a plow attached to a vehicle driven by Kenneth L. Gilbert, 31, of Jackman, when Gilbert at the intersection of Lisbon and Ash streets at 4:59 p.m. Saturday. Damage to Turner’s 2005 Chevrolet was classified as functional. No damage was reported to Gilbert’s 2006 GMC.

Auburn

* A vehicle driven by Mariah Hilliard, 16, of Leeds, collided with a vehicle driven by Glen C. Iaggi, 52, of Jay, as Hilliard pulled onto Center Street from Oak Hill Road at 9:17 p.m. Saturday. Hilliard told police that she did not see Iaggi’s vehicle due to high snow banks. Both Hilliard’s 1998 Pontiac and Iaggi’s 2009 Kia were towed due with disabling damage.
