Gardiner attorney’s license suspended over sexual advances to clients
Clarence H. Spurling’s license to practice law was suspended by order of the state Supreme Judicial Court after the state Board of Overseers of the Bar alleged he inappropriately touched one client and made sexual advances toward another client who was ‘substantially incapacitated’ after drinking.
